this script includes an engine, so make sure you restart after installing. lfo’s are in the parameter menu.
pools uses DFM1 as its input filter. JPverb is the reverb, in a feedback loop with PitchShift for shimmer.
I am hyped to try this out when I get home today. With all these FX scripts, I want a Norns shield without the full OLED screen. More like a programable pedal that I can just cycle through the different FX scripts.
I’m assuming each of these take up a good amount of the DSP cpu, but is there any chance your amazing FX scripts you’ve been putting together might be able to be combined in to a single FX suite?
Btw, I’m asking because I’m greedy and these FX tools you’ve been building are AMAZING.
i downloaded vinny from your github on tuesday night and had such a fun time messing around with it at band practice that night. stoked to try out the finished thing! thank you so much for sharing.
@justmat super psyched about your new series, and love the graphic.
thought you might be interested— here’s my script that i use to blow up the norns image captures:
magick convert $1.png -gamma 1.25 -filter point -resize 400% -gravity center -background black -extent 120% $1-m.png
you’ll need to install imagemagick. save the above line as resize.sh and then ./resize.sh this will read this.png and output this-m.png. it blows it up 4x and gives a nice black border.
Yeah, that would be awesome! I have been meaning to make this design I wired up for the Octatrack into a PCB that uses a teensy board for midi over USB, but learning Eagle has been a bit slow so far…
