I think this sounds great in Nick’s demo… but he makes everything sound great :grinning:

It’s good to see something else a bit different appearing on the analogue poly market.

The (not a) Touche control thingamajig looks really neat and I love the idea of preset morphing.

With my imaginary Poly slush fund I’d be going for the UDO 6, but this looks and sounds really nice.

Are we in a new golden era of analogue poly’s… indeed were there even this many options back in the 70’s heyday?

Strymon’s take on the Ursa Major Space Station SST 282 reverb? The eight buttons being the taps.

Nope.

Sequencer hunch confirmed! But what is it sequencing? The human genome?

I am honestly pretty stumped here. A thing with “sky” in its name that is a sequencer. Intrigue!

4ms Tapographic Delay has taps (or ‘tapographies’) that you can sequence between…

It’s listed in the reverb section on their website…so sequencey and reverby. No idea.

Maybe Strymon’s take on convolution reverb with ability to morph between different presets and sequence them?

That would be very cool

Have they been playing with Clouds?

Twinkling stars, constellations, clusters, nebulas, orbits, celestial bodies big and small,

Listed on Strymon’s website as NightSky. I’d wager this is a pretty good guess:

womp womp wamp, should have googled before posting

Just goes to remind me how much respect I have for Scott Hansen as a technician- beyond just being a fantastic musician.

Neat. Looking forward to hearing it.

Pedals looking more like synths lately. Any demoes or pics of I/O?

Just edited with a pic of the I/O.

It sounds interesting and I’m sure it’ll sound great but I had myself so stoked on that ursa major idea that I’m kinda disappointed now. :joy:

I bet this NightSky has some neat tricks up its sleeve. I hope I don’t have to wait through 1000 guitar demos before seeing a decent synth demo.

Cool! It almost seems like a Meris Mercury7 with expanded controls. Pretty much all the same pieces with a different take on the UI. Curious if they will sound pretty different

Yeah it does seem a lot like an expanded M7 (which I adore). I’m not super into this but it has great options (eq and mod matrix sorta thing) and I’m very curious about the pitch sequencing aspect.
