Patch randomizer for Dreadbox Typhon

This is a simple script to randomize parameters on a Dreadbox Typhon using MIDI CC calls. It can randomize AMP and VCF ADSRs, modulators and their destinations, FXs.

Requirements

  • norns
  • a connected Dreadbox Typhon

Documentation

  • use K2 to randomize current patch

The MIDI device and channel are setup in the params page.

Modulate same parameters option allows multiple modulators to modulate same parameter.

Destinations is the number of parameters that the modulator will affect. Random destinations is the number of parameters that the modulator will randomly affect.

Very cool. I saw a randomiser for the Nord Drum 2 a while back - this one. Unfortunately I don’t have a Nord Drum or Dreadbox but I can see the script being lots of fun :slight_smile:
