trying to come up with an approach for something i’ve been working on and have a question i hope the community collective knowledge could help with - are there any sequencers, hardware or software, that can sync to an external clock while allowing individual length and clock division/multiplication setting per pattern?

i’m particularly interested in how they would handle phase in this scenario.

I would check out the Orthogonal Devices ER-101 sequencer - seems like it has some phasing options that may inspire you.

Elastic Drums can do this, I think. It’s frustrating in other ways, but super easy to get phasing and polyrhythms going.
