Wow this is amazing! I’m very interested in the Sly Grogan and the Shat-Noir. Would be curious to hear about your experience with those two, and if there are any other NLC modules you’d recommend to someone who’s never used one before…

Finally feeling like I have my system together for 2020 after a lot of soul searching. Plenty of new additions that I’m excited to become familiar with (Bloom, Prism, Joyrec, bitbox micro).

How do you like the keyboards hooked up to hydra and peak? Those do MPE right?

I only just added the tetrapad and tete to the setup but I don’t see them as either/or rather as complimentary in the same way that PP/Brains compliments the Rene.

Hydra is MPE, Peak is not. The dual sensel/morph setup works really well with the Hydra in MPE mode and of course you have the option of using the Buchla Thunder overlay as well. The dual morph setup take some work in their app but it all seems to work really well. I love the expressibility of the morph.

rad! thanks for the info. I feel like I need to try the sensel to believe it. I feel like it would weird me out not to have any travel on the keys as I push down but I’ve heard so many good things about the controller

1u row: Split, 2 mults, 2 filters, 2 mixers

Super happy with the last two replacements: Chronoblobv2 and Disting Ex. There is 2hp and 2 tiles of wiggle room: one filter, one mult and the LPG don’t get used much so those could possibly get swapped out, but everything else is essential and probably will not change. It feels close to perfect now.

The demos suggest that it’s intresting for mangling other sound sources (drums,…). So far I’ve only used it in feedback patches. In this context I’m undecided.
