A move back home after a decade spent away has brought about a new sound. Living on a narrowboat in London has given a new lease of life to my compositional style.
Fragments is an album that sounds a little claustrophobic and a lot more introspective. Something you can’t escape when living in such a small space.
I’ve taken the lessons learned from doing sixteen episodes of my series Soundscapes Radio and have decided to put that project to bed for a little bit whilst focusing on more singular releases.
Fragments is warn, inviting and emotional. It signals a new chapter.
