Yes it is, this is the idea of the quadrants-page. split a 128 in two 64 or a 256 in two 128s or 4 64s. Still Ia am struggling with connecting M4L apps because some takeover control and disconnect my grid.

Yes there seem to be limits but I don’t understand them. Some M4L apps work, some don’t. Sometimes it’s a version of an M4L app that works while another version of the same app does not. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

My pages-mentor is @pauk who tried to solve my incapability of problem-solving it myself

Thanks. I would love a solution to this.

Yeah me too. I really think there should be one up to date standard app for spliiting grids and connetcting multiple M4L applications. I wish I was a programmer but well… I’m not. We talked to @phortran but he won’t update/remake pages. I tried to motivate the forum by saying that I would pay for such an app but sadly there is noone for this task.

I would also pay for a pages revamp of some sort.

Does anyone have pages working on a windows machine?

I’ve made the transition to windows and I’m having trouble getting serialosc to behave. I can get an app like re:mix to run, but I can’t get hot plugging to work. Also, the serialosc drop down that displays connected grid devices never clears. It just adds another grid of the same name to the drop down. Even when I turn off my computer, serialosc holds the list of every time I previously connected monomes.

Also, a new step by step installation guide would be very useful. I’d be happy to make one for the windows 10 side of things if I can get a stable setup going.

Also, also, dj64fx is very fun with pages pattern recorders.

I think it would be so beautiful and important to have a new app with the functionality of @phortran pages and the modern UI and ease of use of @ithkaa control app. Imagine this plus a thoughtfully structured and beautifully designed step by step guide as the community showed with a lot of recent app-manuals (i.e. @dan_derks cheat codes.). As I almost exclusively work with the Laptop this would be…well… I’m just dreaming a little
