I have. Great fun.

20 chars of great fun.

Is the sub actually a sub, or more like a woofer? I’m wondering if it could be used with one of the smaller speakers as a 2.1 system…

These do not seem to be available in Japan yet. I’d probably like getting the smallest one and keeping it in my bag…

They had most of the collection here in the Seattle area. I picked up the LED, flash bulb and a speaker. Been having fun so far, though the wife says that the lights are annoying.

FREKVENS is now available in Germany. The TE products are only available online.
The products themselves are a little bit hard to find at the moment, so here are the links to all the product pages:

Seems like Norway is left out of the loop. Bummer.

woah thank you! I had just set up (literally 5 min ago) a visual ping for a frekvens search on their site which still returns no results. someone needs a search index update.

Wait! No one mentioned they had a Cajon!

It’s available in the Ikea-Portugal site as well. But what’s odd is the 149€ pricetag on the speaker+subwoofer bundle, in the german version it says 99€? Appears we small countries are swindled by major retailers, again…

I did, way back near the top of the thread

The range is available in Canada through the ikea app, but not on their website, for some reason

Apologies, my skim reading clearly needs work :grinning:

Is there anyone who could please say a little more about the sound quality in general for the bigger versions of these speakers? I just can’t figure whether any other portable speaker in the same price range will do the same job or even better via the internet for now. Or are these really over the top for what they are and therefore worth buying?
I’m just really broke at the moment and could just perhaps justify a purchase if that’s anything which I won’t get for the same price tag at a later stage from another manufacturer. Thanks:)

Take a weeks holiday, head to nearest country, buy, have road trip, gain memories.

Hell, come to the UK I’ll meet you at the airport and drive you to Ikea. :grinning:

The bigger ones sound great. And with the bass attachment sound stellar. I’m really impressed.

Haha. I have been contemplating driving to Sweden to get it. But logistics are though when you’re on parental leave with an 8 month old toddler. But I am going to Berlin for the Berlinale in February. But from my understanding it is web-only in Germany?

Thank you for the offer!

I like it :white_heart:

Cool! Any luck getting the lights to stay in the mode they were in when they shut off? I bought the speaker+sub but reluctantly left the lights as I could not get it to work in the store.

No, they reset for me. I just leave them on.

picked up the speaker + sub combo yesterday. wanted something portable for (a) norns/modular and (b) bluetooth basement art jams. impressed enough with the sound to recommend, though I’m sure there are comparable options in this price range (esp after buying their rechargable battery packs).
