… Actually it’s not overly special if you’re not able to use the top two sets of inputs to their fullest, usually to blend and crossfade between two different versions of the same sound source (e.g. two different waveforms of an oscillator, two different QPAS modes, etc.).

In the Make Noise Cinematic Universe, X-Pan goes much better with STO and tELHARMONIC than with Morphagene, but that’s just my somewhat limited opinion. :sweat_smile:

Seconded. It’s far more useful with mono sources. I use the XOH to mix stereo sources.

I can’t remember if I’ve ever posted my studio here but there’s no better time than the present.

First off, I just wanted to say that this is one of my favourite threads on Lines. I often come here just to admire people’s tidiness, look for new sources of GAS & even just to re-evaluate my own space.

Today I picked up an SSL SiX & gave my studio a much needed clean and reorganization.

The Easel n Chase Bliss combo go straight to the mixer in mono. I can route through the OP-1 into Ciat Lonbarde if I want to process it there.

OP-1 goes into the Cocoquantus 2 which goes into one of the 3 Plumbutter 2’s inputs. The Ciat Lonbarde & Easel are “permanently” grounded together so that cross patching is nothing more than an immediate action :joy:

The SiX has 2 STEREO sends which I’ve set up my OTO BIM n BAM on. This is the first time I’ve got to use them both on sends and both in stereo and it rules :black_heart:

Sadly, yes. I’m currently Euro free again :grimacing: I sold a lot of stuff and invested it in things that make my studio more tidy and professional :black_heart:
