Somehow, i’ve wound up on the floor. And moving into a second case. :grimacing:

Indeed… Though only ones that Kelli and Brian make!

Looks great. My first thought:

Too much Disney with the littleuns lately.

Just the right amount of Disney!!!

hi! this is the “library case” is from landscape fm! I don’t think they made very many at all – definitely > 10, and there is no trace of them on their website, but i did find this instagram post showing it!

yeah i threatened brian that i would make a full “monome museum” collection of every edition of everything they ever made… need a 512 now! original 256 is in the living room- i never did the bus power upgrade because i like the “sleep” pattern so much when its just powered but not being used. you can see a tetrafol on one of the angled shelves there too…

I see your wallpaper there, is there a planted tank outside of view here? I have one right near my musical world as well.

Good eye!! Yes there is. There are two in my office/studio out of sight. My wallpaper is my IAPLC entry from this year. Here it is if you’re interested to see. Very cool that you’re also into it!

Very cool. I started a planted tank a few years ago. Most of the plants weren’t very successful but the cories and tetras were.

the current studio setup I share with my spouse in our living room, soon to be moved out to a studio space away from home though, where a bigger screen will be one of the first things I’ll buy. will probably keep some kind of minimal setup at home also : )

Yes! This one was made in Switzerland and I found it new after they had stopped making them from the world’s most shady online toy store. I got it for 95% off, which was still some money… when I ordered I knew I was either getting terribly scammed, or lucking out in the best way!!!

Lovely space.

Totally non-music related but I love that tapestry. Is it vintage?

yes, and it has a quite interesting story behind it. it was made by my great aunt in the late 60s/early 70s as a celebration of the apollo 11 moon landing. she was married to a swedish diplomat, who was appointed to become the swedish ambassador in usa starting sometime in 1973, and it was my aunt’s plan to gift this tapestry to nixon (don’t ask). however, after the swedish prime minister olof palme held his christmas speech in 1972, where he defined the vietnam war as “torture” and outrageous violence, adding the hanoi bombings of '72 to a list of massacres in the 20th century (including guernica, oradour, babij jar, katyń, lidice, sharpeville and treblinka), nixon got angry and closed down the embassy. so my aunt and her husband never made the move, and the tapestry stayed in sweden, and was inherited by my mother who gave it to me. i think it’s amazing.
