i wasn’t on the waitlist & was fortunate to pick up one used in my area. it is a totally fine instrument, it is exactly what is described, spring reverb with 10-band eq in the feedback loop. there is no special sauce besides it looking pretty, the demo video clearly has digital reverb added to it as demonstrated later in the demo video itself.

i highly recommend checking out the knas moisterizer (modded even better as you can put the filter after the reverb) if you want to explore deeper these sounds in a single device - you can automate these sounds a bit since it comes with LFO that can control the filter’s frequency, etc. or find whatever cheap spring reverb & eq exists on your system of choice - you can even improve on it with envelope follower + cv-controlled filter/eq to automate the feedback control etc etc. just remember to add some digital reverb afterward.

i think the demo video does a disservice by having the opening/main intro sequence going through another digital reverb, may give people a mistaken sense of its sound. no reason to burn GAS on this folks.
