Tobias Reber recently posted this really cool documentary video about the making of his Continuation installation project which is based on recordings of a massive church bell & the mechanical sounds of the adjacent clock.
The video begins with excerpts of the installation in action, and includes a short interview with him about the structure of the piece and then some really fantastic excerpts from the recording sessions where he works with bell-ringers to make the source recordings for the installation.
Anyway I know there are at least a couple folks on here interested in bell-ringing and this is a super cool project! He released an album version of the installation recently as well on bandcamp.
