in case it helps, anything that’s in a script’s parameters list can be addressed via osc in lieu of midi mapping. the troubles folks most often ran into with osc and cheat codes 1 was getting the bi-directional communication set up, which is specific to the script. 99% of cases will only require one way communication from touchosc to norns, which is detailed here: https://monome.org/docs/norns/control-clock/#osc. there’s also a nice example template for controlling the system params at the bottom of that section.
it’s actually pretty fun to make your own osc layouts for scripts once you grok the osc addresses — a small bit of customization to match your performance needs
