“If Blue Could be Happiness” is hands down my favorite album of the year. I am completely drawn into the world of color, light, darkness, memory and loss that @stripes has created on that record. “Red Bird” completely destroys me every time I hear it… in large part because my wife is a lover of birds and my mind can’t help but place my daughter and wife into the parts of that song. So beautiful and touching but crushing as well.

Paul/Strategy is a good friend of mine. He is constantly impressing me with his explorations and inventiveness. It’s been fun playing in Wild Card with him.

Definitely agreed. I actually got a copy of your record Loss around the same time as picking up If Blue Could Be Happiness (very beautiful record btw!)–the two are very much linked in my mind
