What are you using to listen to cassettes?

I’ve done the whole minidisc thing. I liked it (but sold all 200+ high end discs and both of my vintage Sony recorders). But that’s not the point of this request. I want to be able to listen to a bunch of older cassettes and make my own for friends who like cassettes, in this case. I can’t stand the lo-fi nature of them, though, and want to make the experience less miserable for myself. And who knows, maybe I’ll like them again for some strange nostalgia in the end.

I’m using these 3.

An old Boots cassette player - it’s mono with a simple aux and mic-in.
A 90’s Dictaphone my wife used to record lectures at uni with
A fairly new generic walkman type.

I use the big one a lot - it’s great for just bouncing a whole mix or instrument group to and enjoying the instant lofi. Sending piano parts to it and recording them back in just adds so much vibe.
