Long, slow, boring day at work, so I made a mockup of a “μVS” for you.

Placed a pre-order and have been checking every day to see when the second batch will be ready. I can’t wait for soundstage!

I’d pre-order that. :100:

I have most of their modules. Absolutely love the Vector Space - use it in almost every patch. Generally feed it a clocked random source (from say marbles), a sloth (medium) and then something else - standard LFO or similar. Then take the outs to anything I can think of. It’ll never leave my case!

Soundstage is really great. Modulating it (with Vector Space) is cool.

I’m planning an “automated” mixer using levels provided by a pressure points+analogue memory, into an SSF muton into soundstage. It would probably cost more than a real life mixer and without sends, but I’d have 4 presets of volume levels, mutes and the spectral mixing!

Looks like a new Worng Module! Any guesses?

Looks like a stereo VCA.

It’s on Modular Grid. VCA and panner. Seems like they have lazer/oscilloscope visuals in mind, but clearly it has other uses!

Description mentions a “Parallax”… Another unannounced module?

It’s designed with the idea of creating stereo synth voices, the fact that it’s really handy for laser and oscilloscope stuff is a secondary but still quite useful function. But then again it’s modular so people are welcome to use it in whatever way they see fit, there’s no rules.

Are you exhibiting this at TFoM this year?

Yes indeed I’ll be there so people can have a play with this

How does this compare to the new Make Noise output module?

The XOH? It’s a two channel stereo mixer and headphone amp, Vertex is a stereo VCA with the ability to skew the stereo image to the left or right. Two quite different things. The XOH might be a nice way to mix together the outputs from a pair of Vertexes though, although I’ve been enjoying running it into a pair of SoundStage inputs.

Ah, maybe I was thinking of the X-Pan.

X Pan is a mixer with two mono crossfaders into panners, as well as a basic stereo VCA. Vertex is a fully featured stereo VCA which allows manipulation of the stereo field of a stereo signal. The two modules have different focuses but would probably complement each other nicely.

Nice! Is the panning done inside the filter? Will this be the Qpas killer?

so, like a farness then…
