I am using them successfully on Windows with version 1.1.6 and while it’s been a while and I don’t remember exactly what process I followed, I do remember the instructions in the manual being correct: https://vcvrack.com/manual/Installing#installing-plugins-not-available-on-the-vcv-library
Success! When I downloaded the current windows release (https://github.com/Dewb/monome-rack/releases/tag/latest) and didn’t unpack the zip myself (per the instructions… ) it started right up. Thanks all.

BTW, much progress on Teletype support, though it’s still not ready for prime time, several key features like metros not working yet.
