In my youth, I was a classically trained musician (viola). Starting about ten years ago, having discovered how user-friendly computer music had become, I started reconnecting with electronic music, a passion from my adolescence (I fell in love with it in the 70s, but had neither the dedication nor the resources to pursue it at the time). I've been exploring different DAWs, stand-alone and plug-in softsynths (including Max, which is how I came upon this forum), and controllers. I recently invested in Live and a Push 2 and have found their combination with M4L to be just what I need.
